Daqing Oilfield - Split Conventional Wellhead and Christmas Tree Project

Douson designed and manufactured split conventional wellhead Christmas trees for Daqing Oilfield, which were applied to the four-station gas storage project.

The wellhead is an important device used to exploit oil and gas and test oil and gas after well completion, such as self-flowing wells and mechanical recovery wells, which can control the pressure of oil and gas wellheads and adjust the flow rate of oil and gas wellheads.

According to customer requirements, the equipment adopts a split-type Christmas tree structure, including manual lower main valve and manual upper main valve, manual wax cleaning valve and manual wing valve. The secondary seal of the casing of the wellhead device and the mandrel hanger adopt an all-metal seal structure , the sealing performance is reliable and stable.
