Single Barrel Double Well Wellhead and Christmas Tree Project

Douson designed and manufactured single-tube double-well wellhead and Christmas tree for CNOOC Zhanjiang Branch, which are used in the exploitation of underground oil and natural gas, and have been applied in batches in some blocks in the South China Sea.

The wellhead is used for drilling, well completion, oil (gas) production and other operations on offshore platforms. 

According to customer requirements, the equipment adopts an integral wellhea structure, including manual lower main valve and hydraulic upper main valve, manual wax cleaning valve and manual wing valve; the tubing hanger is equipped with an electric submersible pump and adopts an eccentric structure; The 36" riser base plate adopts advanced sealing technology, which is reliable in performance, safe and stable.
