CNOOC - Ocean drilling manifold project

Douson designed and manufactured offshore drilling manifolds for CNOOC Shenzhen Branch, which have been successfully applied to drilling platforms in Huizhou, Lufeng and Enping.

The main part of the offshore platform drilling manifold valve adopts an inverted L-shaped design, the overall layout is more reasonable and beautiful, and it solves the problems of chaotic arrangement of valve groups, super high height and inconvenient operation of valves To solve the problem, the placement of on-site valve groups and the arrangement of all pipelines are more optimized; the manifold skid seat adopts an integrated operating platform, the base is made of more reliable steel, and the fully detachable movable operation two-story platform is convenient for on-site valve operation .

According to customer requirements, the complete set of equipment consists of choke, kill manifold, cementing, riser manifold, liquid-gas separator, control cabinet and supporting high-pressure pipelines.
