At the beginning of 2022, Douson 140MPa ultra-high pressure wellhead and Christmas tree successfully completed on-site installation, testing and operation. This product was applied in Chishui City, Guizhou Province (Baoyuan Structure, Southeastern Sichuan Low and Steep Structural Belt, Sichuan Basin). The nominal bore diameter: 3-1/ 16'', working pressure: 140MPa, temperature class: P-U, material class: EE-0.5; PSL3G; PR2.

Douson has obtained API 6A certification since 2008. More than 20 years of experience accumulation and customer field application, Douson has developed various types of wellhead and Christmas tree to meet the needs of different customers, and passed the pressure and temperature cycle required by API 6A appendix PR2F Verification Test. As early as 2018, Douson completed the PR2F verification test of 140MPa fracturing valves, which are widely used in shale gas operation manifolds, fracturing trees, desanders and other products. The 140MPa wellhead Christmas tree of this project in Guizhou complies with API 6A regulations and the needs of users, creating the record of the highest pressure wellhead Christmas tree in the region.
