At present, Douson has 9 sets of automatic welding equipment imported from Austria, "4130 material surfacing welding INCONEL 625", "4130 material surfacing welding 316LSS" and other welding processes, "F22 material surfacing welding INCONEL 625" and other welding processes, which have passed the internationally renowned certification agency BV , DNV's assessment, the annual production capacity is about 5.5 tons (weight of welding wire), and it fully undertakes foreign welding business.  

In 2020, Douson, together with Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Nanjing University of Technology, will cooperate on the "Process Optimization of 4130 Material Overlay Welding INCONEL 625 Nickel-based Alloy" project carried out by the company: optimize the existing welding parameters and welding process operation, reduce dilution rate and welding defect rate, improve the welding technology capability of the enterprise.

The team of Dr. Pang from the Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences conducted a field survey of the Douson welding process. Through simulation technology and the "double ellipsoid" model, they analyzed and explored the excellent process data of each group. New The actual test of the data shows that the dilution rate of iron is reduced to less than 1%, and the product defect rate is reduced from 4% to 1%. INCONEL 625 welding wire conducts all-round research, screens out the welding wire suitable for Douson welding process, and further optimizes the existing process operation rules.
