Domestic coiled tubing business started relatively late, and coiled tubing equipment mainly relied on foreign imports. In response to this phenomenon, Douson and Jianghan Research Institute of CNPC signed a technical agreement on the cooperative development of coiled tubing machine blowout prevention systems. For products such as coiled tubing blowout preventers and blowout preventers, Douson will give full play to their respective advantages and jointly carry out research and development and trial production. The large-diameter tubing hanger is a special equipment customized for coiled tubing completion operations, including a manual compound single ram tubing hanger and a hydraulic compound double ram tubing hanger. This project is a continuous tubing completion technology, which has the characteristics of high operating efficiency, high safety, and wide adaptability to the environment. For this process, Douson has developed and designed a special tubing suspension device, which plays the role of hanging the tubing and sealing the wellhead during the operation, which is the first in China. Douson equipped six sets of operation vehicles of Jianghan Research Institute of CNPC with this equipment, and completed nearly 50 gas wells.
