At the beginning of 2022, the Douson 140MPa ultra-high pressure wellhead gas tree successfully completed on-site installation, testing and operation. This product was applied in Chishui City, Guizhou Province (Baoyuan Structure, Southeastern Sichuan Low and Steep Structural Belt, Sichuan Basin). The main parameters: diameter 3-1/ 16'', working pressure 140MPa, rated temperature P-U, material grade EE-0.5, PSL3G, PR2.

In 2021, Douson and ConocoPhillips (CNOOC Tianjin) reached a supply agreement on the wellhead devices and Christmas tree equipment of the two platforms of Penglai 19-3B&D, which have been successfully delivered to customers and put into use.

Downhole corrosion-resistant flowback manifold, equipped with two types of valves:

SG-22R (II) type flat gate valve and PCG type hydraulic throttle valve. In order to meet the requirements of oil and gas fields for valve erosion resistance, long service life and environmental protection in recent years, the SG-22R (II) type slab gate valve is upgraded and optimized from the SG-22R type. PCG hydraulic plunger throttle valve has good flow regulation characteristics and high anti-erosion ability, and has performed well in historical use records.

In July 2021, the American Petroleum Institute (API) appointed accreditation assessors to conduct an on-site assessment of API 6A wellhead and Christmas tree product certification for the Douson (Vietnam) factory. After online application, material preparation, on-site review, and data rectification, the Douson (Vietnam) factory finally passed the API qualification review and certification, and obtained the API 6A authorization certificate in October 2021.

In 2020, Douson was successfully shortlisted as a cooperative manufacturer of the natural gas project in the Sulige South Block, which is a cooperation between PetroChina and France's Total, and has started an all-round cooperation with the Sulige South Operation Company. So far, it has successfully delivered multiple sets of wellhead gas trees and Velocity string system.

The Huang 202H2 platform is a key well and a benchmark well for Western Drilling to implement fracturing in the Sichuan-Chongqing area. It is also the first time that the remote control construction scheme of key fracturing equipment in the whole process has been adopted.

In 2021, Douson was invited to attend the Baker Hughes "2021 Online Global Supplier Conference". With high-quality products, meticulous service and high on-time delivery rate, Douson stood out among many suppliers and won the Baker Hughes "2021 Outstanding Supplier" honorary title, becoming one of the two Chinese companies that won this honor.
